Yes. Our doctors issue e-prescriptions and e-sick notes, which you can receive immediately after your consultation.
Do you offer online consultations (teleconsultations)?

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Simply contact the front desk by phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
In most cases, a referral is not required. Our consultants on the hotline can provide you with more detailed information.
How should I prepare for laboratory tests?
Most blood tests should be done on an empty stomach (8–12 hours after your last meal). You will receive detailed instructions when you check in.
Do you perform laboratory tests on-site?
Yes, our facility has a blood draw station where we perform a wide range of laboratory tests.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, credit cards, and online payments (PayU).
Do you provide services covered by the NFZ
No, we only offer private appointments.
Do you issue referrals for tests or to specialists (including through the National Health Fund)?
Yes, we can issue a referral for tests or a consultation with a specialist as part of a private appointment. We do not work with the NFZ.
Do you accept children?
Yes, our clinic has experienced doctors who see children of all ages.
Do you administer vaccinations for children and adults?
